Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Sunny’s Happy Bowl, we take pride in serving high-quality rice, noodle, and salad bowls. Because our food is prepared fresh to order, we have established the following policy for cancellations and refunds.
1. Order Cancellations

Immediate Cancellations: Since we begin preparing your bowl shortly after an order is placed, cancellations must be made within 5 minutes of the order time.

How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please call us immediately at [Insert Phone Number]. We cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund if the food has already been prepared.
2. Refunds for Quality or Order Errors

Our Commitment: We want you to love your meal. If we made an error (e.g., the wrong base, missing ingredients, or the wrong bowl entirely), please let us know immediately.

Resolution: We will happily remake your order correctly or provide a full refund for the incorrect item.

Timeframe: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, issues must be reported at the time of pickup or within 1 hour of receiving your order. We may ask for a photo of the order or for the food to be returned to the counter at 100 Eglin St Bldg. 1709 B.
3. "No-Show" Orders

If an order is placed for pickup and is not collected by the end of our business hours (3:00 PM), the order will be discarded.

Because the ingredients were used and the meal was prepared specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds for orders that are not picked up.
4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used on our Wix site.

Please note that bank processing times vary and may take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.
